At Patches Experts, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because all of our products are custom-made according to your specifications, please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Products
All custom patches, keychains, stickers, and other personalized products are manufactured specifically for each customer. Due to the customized nature of these products, orders cannot be returned for resale.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, designs, sizes, colors, quantities, and specifications before production begins.
Once artwork approval has been provided and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
- The product received differs significantly from the approved artwork.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The order arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects.
- There is a production error caused by Patches Experts.
To qualify, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be issued for:
- Customer-approved artwork errors.
- Spelling, grammar, or design mistakes approved before production.
- Minor color variations due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after production has started.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
Our team will review the claim and determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before artwork approval and production.
Once production has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and any costs already incurred may be deducted from a refund if applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or replacement is the result of our error.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
